Yes, you can take other herbs and supplements while using this tea. If you are currently taking any of the herbs listed in this blend be sure that you are staying within the recommended therapeutic dosage range. If you are taking any medications please consult your health care provider.

Result time may vary and in general, we recommend women drink this tea for a minimum of two menstrual cycles or 60 days. This is because it takes a full 2 cycles of regular use for these herbs to have an effect on underlying hormonal balance.

With regular use and especially right before and during your period you will see the best results.

We recommend steeping your herbal tea for 7-10 minutes, and up to 15 minutes if you are steeping your tea once. This longer steeping time allows for beneficial components like minerals and dense polysaccharides to be extracted into the water. This increases the effectiveness of the tea and enhances the flavor. Using boiling hot water and covering your cup is important to a proper cup of herbal tea. Covering your cup ensures warmer steeping temperatures to help the herbs infuse properly and ensures that the beneficial essential oils are present in your tea.
